Rare and unique specimen with MK1 dial first series unfinished by Rolex due to their mistake without the red Daytona writing, as appraised by Carlo Pergola in May 2022. The dial is subsequently changed to a dark cream color due to the transparent protective zappon which has dried/artificially darkened upon contact with a certain heat.
