• Major interior refit by Michael Niederer / St Corona Interiors combining bright colours with the mainly white, typical look of a Miami penthouse: cool and minimalistic, concrete resin flooring and freestanding furniture. 300m of linen by Loro Piana were used, with white-grey broken natural stone and large mirrored surfaces.


• The central staircase was changed into marble, a black-lit onyx bar on the uppder deck was incorporated, with colour changing LED lights, including two dance floors with integrated laser and a 35,000 watt music system got installed.
