Princess 40M

The Princess 40m "ACE 2" is a luxury motor yacht measuring 40.20 meters in length. Built by Princess Yachts in 2015, it has a beam of 8.02 meters and a draft of 2.29 meters, featuring a fiberglass hull and superstructure, resulting in a gross tonnage of 395 tons. It is powered by MTU engines of the type 12V 4000 M93L, allowing for a top speed of 23 knots and a cruising speed of 18 knots. The maximum range of the "ACE 2" is estimated at 2100 nautical miles. The "ACE 2" boasts a bespoke interior designed in collaboration with Fendi Casa, the Princess Design Studio, and its owner. It features five cabins and has been crafted to convey a sense of "timeless luxury." This theme is emphasized through the use of glossy cherry wood combined with classic cream-colored leather, fabrics, and furniture adorned with light velvet and satin upholstery. In the main deck salon, all furniture, seating, lighting, fabrics, and accessories are branded with Fendi. The dining area features a table made from Makassar ebony illuminated by a backlit onyx panel on the aft wall, accommodating up to 10 guests. The master suite on the main deck includes a private dressing area with walk-in closets for both him and her, accented with red accessories. Below deck are four guest cabins, each with en-suite bathrooms, all furnished with Fendi fabrics, furniture, and accessories in various color combinations. The aft VIP cabin is adorned with bright yellow velvet fabrics and golden silk. The twin cabins on port and starboard sides are decorated in shades of blue and green, while the forward VIP cabin features rich red Fendi bedding, cushions, and an accent chair. Each bathroom is fitted with marble; the main bathroom showcases the rare Nero Portoro marble in the shower contrasted with neutral marble for the bathtub and flooring. The upper deck features a skylounge with large windows that flood the space with natural light. There is an L-shaped seating area complemented by additional Fendi Casa chairs and a television. In addition to accommodating up to 10 guests, the Princess 40m "ACE 2" also provides space for seven crew members across three cabins with a seperate Captains cabins on the bridge deck.
