ARES is one of the highest spec 116's ever built. Accommodation

The accommodation comprises of a large main deck full beam master cabin with double Ensuite. The accommodation continues on the lower deck with another full beam guest double and a further two twin guest cabins port and starboard. Each Cabin has its own Ensuite bathroom.

Additional Features

• Special design cabinets to be fitted to lower deck staircase lobby either side of staircase. Design as per JJ drawings with Opti grey glass mirrored front to doors and adjustable shelving, no hanging space.
• Storage console unit required in Beach Club on Port side to accommodate integrated freezer with worktop above. Beach club to have cosmetic linings of Diamante Snow applied as panels with stainless steel inlays where possible. Console unit to be manufactured in white laminate.
• Beds to have mattress spacer material to all beds without slatted bases, Bolsters to be adjusted accordingly.
• Slatted bed bases to be fitted in lieu of standard where possible allowing for storm shutter storage etc.
• Main deck saloon Cabinetry unit to be fitted based upon design of rise and fall TV cabinetry but to be no higher than settee and to have 4 doors with shelved storage inside.
• Solar Solve to carry out site visit to evaluate possibility of fitting solar roller blinds.
• Flybridge sun loungers and directors chairs to be Dealer supply. Protective cover to be manufactured for sun loungers in their stored position on deck.
• Moulded knee rest with Teak top to be fitted to aft wings station locations.
• Lid to be fabricated for the aft cockpit wetbar BBQ.
• Side mount stairway in Platinum package to be upgraded to C-Quip Carbon fibre 8 step side mount stair with slewing facility to allow stairs to be used when alongside.
• Special reinforced cover to encapsulate Flybridge staircase safety rail and gate with access door.
• Special Besenzoni Flybridge Helmseats confirmed and to be fitted in lieu of standard.
• Additional Portable air compressor OP20P to be supplied and stored securely in Foredeck locker.
• AC Outlet in waterproof enclosure to be fitted inside port and starboard platform cupboards with cable cut-out in doors.
• Dimmer switches on exterior overhead aft cockpit and flybridge hardtop lighting and fly low level lighting.
• 1x AC220v Euro 2 pin double socket in waterproof enclosure to be installed on each exterior table pedestal on the underside of the table top.
• AC Sockets to port outboard behind L shaped seating group to have one Euro socket and double USB charging socket fitted in lieu of standard.
• 2 x Porta Romana Medium Pasteur Lamp GLB02M with 14’’ Cylinder Putty silk shade to be fitted on the Port and starboard aft console units in the Saloon.
• Additional pair of AC sockets to each end of the L shaped seating group at low level.
• Additional AC socket in waterproof enclosure to forward outboard upstand of upper bar top on wet bar and additional AC socket in waterproof enclosure at aft end of upstand of upper bar top.
• Additional AC power socket and LAN socket wired to router to be fitted to outboard upstand directly above staircase deckhead where Clock and barometer are normally fitted – Clock and Barometer to be packed onboard.
• Backlit signwriting for garage door and Port & Stbd sides of superstructure.
• Underfloor heating required for Garage/Storeroom/Beachclub.
• Instructions for Dishwasher including sticker inside door and washing machines etc to be in German, available from Miele by request.
• Additional DMS CCTV cameras to be mounted to outboard sides of Flybridge moulding at lowest point of side deck overhang, one each side looking forward for lock entry interfaced to wing stations. Both cameras to be fed into wing docking station monitors along with bow camera.
• Independent Transas Nav system required with DVI to Hattaland screen for built in redundancy – SES to interface.
• Furuno FI-70 displays to be added – one to each wing station interfaced into nav system for displaying depth, speed and wind information available via the NMEA0183.
• Transas chart portfolio TX-97 chart folio EUR010EL to be supplied and loaded into the Navigation PC. Supplied and installed by SES.
• Additional CCTV camera DMS supply to be fitted to Radar mast facing aft for stern docking interfaced into Tijssen system.
• MF antenna type and mounting arrangement to be reviewed to allow bridge clearance of 10.5m.
• Sailor 900 Vsat system with a 103CM dish to match the TV satellite system.
• SES To fit 4TB NAS Drive to Tech space connected to ships network Ethernet switch.
• Saloon, Main Deck Master and Lower Deck VIP televisions to be upgraded to LG OLED W8 series in lieu of contracted spec. 77’’ in Main Deck Saloon (bulkhead mounted), 65’’ in Main Deck Master and 65’’ in Lower Deck VIP. Credit for Samsung televisions and Saloon rise and fall included.
• Accent to superstructure above foredeck access staircase to be sprayed white.
• Additional AC Sockets and USB outlets in beach club above appliances.
• Additional robe hooks to be added in locations agreed with crew.
• All exterior covers to have strap fastenings in lieu of poppers.
• All main deck dining windows to have venetian blinds fitted outboard of Roman blinds in Ebony 25mm.
• Covers to be made for all Life rings and Smoke/light buoys in Stamoid Light Pearl Grey.
• Data cable to be run from desk to dressing room for connection to owners printer.
• Drainage tube to be added to wing stations cup holders and hole to be made at aft low point to aid drainage away from cables.
• Flybridge upholstered arm rests to be fitted to Port L shape seat (inboard arm) and Starboard L shape seat (inboard arm).
• HDMI outlet to be connected to Bose HDMI input.
• Lifebuoys to be fitted on outboard bulwark and directly forward of side deck wing stations in lieu of standard location.
• Loose Square Pouffe required in Master Stateroom, upholstered in Whistler Syracuse Broken Shell SYR237.
• Lower Deck – Master Cabin – Port side to have half-length chaise style sofa with extended storage unit forward in lieu of standard. Please refer to GA for layout.
• Main Deck Saloon stern sliding patio doors. Electric operation. In the Main Deck Saloon.
• Main Galley Custom Fridge Freezer to have 3x Fridge and 1x Freezer compartments in lieu of standard. Lower fridge to have integral salad drawer and upright storage for bottles above.

• Manually operated Black out Blinds for the Port Forward Guest Stateroom and the Starboard Forward Guest Stateroom.
