1991 43' Ocean Alexander 440 Sundeck CPMY
$142,500
Designed by Ed Monk Jr., the 440 Sundeck is one of Ocean Alexander's most popular models. She features a very spacious and comfortable open layout with two staterooms and two heads. This well appointed 440 is in nice condition and kept in a fresh water covered slip.
The salon is large, open and airy and just a few steps down is the nicely appointed galley to port and guest head to starboard. Forward of the galley is a comfortable VIP stateroom with V-berth. The large master stateroom is aft and has a full walk around centerline queen berth, an abundance of storage cabinets and hanging lockers, a vanity and ensuite head with separate stall shower. The entire cabin interior features beautiful teak wood finishes, warm soft goods and carpeted soles throughout (teak and holly flooring in galley), all providing a very warm and comfortable feel while inside.
On the exterior, boarding is via the wide side decks or the fiberglass swim platform and transom door which provides easy and safe access into the large cockpit and aft sundeck up just a few steps. The expansive full beam aft sundeck features a hardtop, rigid dodgers and carpet to keep guests comfortable while underway or just enjoying the views from the dock or on anchor. The enclosed flybridge also features deck carpet and plenty of built-in seating for guests while cruising as well as two swivel chairs for captain and companion.
